Lingusamy’s Thirrupathi Brothers have bagged the rights of actor Vijay Vasanth’s Jigina, said a Deccan Chronicle report. Director Lingusamy was reportedly impressed with the script of the movie and agreed to take up the film. Shooting of Jigina is on the verge of completion and the team is now finalizing a release date. Official announcement regarding the same will be out in the coming weeks.
Directed by Oru Kalloriyin Kathai Ravi Nanda Periyasamy, this film has Vijay Vasanth and newcomer Sanyathara playing the lead roles.
Director Lingusamy will be helming Sandakozhi 2 with actor Vishal and his production house has Idam Porul Eval, Rajini Murugan, Ra Ra Ra Rajasekar and Naan Thaan Siva in various stages of production.
