Thirudan Police, starring Attakathi Dinesh and Ishwarya Rajesh will release on October 10. The film was recently censored with a U certificate and is said to be an out-and-out commercial entertainer.

Dinesh plays an unprincipled youth who becomes a cop while Ishwarya Rajesh plays a strong and independent college girl. The movie is directed by debutant Caarthik Raju. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music.
The highlights of this film are the intense relationship between a father and son, played by veteran actor Rajesh and Dinesh; and a special appearance by Vijay Sethupathi who has danced for a Kuthu song.
