Actor Tiger Shroff has admitted that he was going through depression after the failure of his film A Flying Jatt, reports Mid-Day. The actor said he did not understand why the film failed to evoke interest in the audience.
Shroff apparently resorted to binge eating to cope with his depression. But, once he made a commitment to another film, he tried to push the A Flying Jatt debacle away from his mind, according to the report.
A Flying Jatt, directed by choreographer Remo D’Souza, was a film about a superhero story that released in August last year. With Jacqueline Fernandes as the female lead and a hugely popular soundtrack, the film opened to mostly negative reviews. Made on a budget of Rs 35 crores, the film became the target of social media trolls and was the source of many memes at the time of release.
