After delivering hits like Kireedam and Mankatha with Ajith, actress Trisha is all set to team up with him again in his next movie. While Ajith 55, directed by Gautham Menon, already has a female lead – Anushka Shetty – we just got to know that Trisha will also be playing a pivotal role in the film. “It’s not that of a lead, though,” said a source close to the project, adding, “she was very impressed with the script and gave her assent almost immediately.”
Having wrapped up the first schedule of the movie, the Ajith 55 team will begin their second schedule on May 14. Harris Jayaraj scores music for the flick, while Dan MacArthur handles cinematography. The crew plans to finish shoot by the end of this year.
