Director Vijay Chander’s Vaalu, which has been pending release for a long time, is now scheduled to hit theatres on May 9. Vaalu, starring STR and Hansika, has been given a U certificate by the Censor Board.
Actors Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Aadukalam Rajendran, Brahmanandam, Manthra, Salim Ghouse, Sri Ranjani and Misha Ghoshal will be seen in supporting roles in the film, which is produced by Nic Arts. Vaalu is distributed by Ayngaran International.
S Thaman has composed music while Shakthi has handled the camera. T S Suresh has edited the movie.
