Velraj has denied reports that he is planning to make a Hindi version of Velaiyilla Pattathari. In an interview to The Hindu, he said, “Dhanush doesn’t believe in doing the same thing again. He hates repetition and doesn’t like acting the same thing, the same way again. The reports of us doing the Hindi remake are entirely baseless.”
The cinematographer is planning to do another film with Dhanush and will begin work on it next year.
