Veteran Bollywood actress has registered a rape case against a businessman at Juhu police station, Mumbai.
According to ANI, the accused businessman has been arrested and will be produced in court today. The case has been handed over to the crime branch and investigation is underway.

According to a report in DNA, the complaint was registered under sections 304 D (stalking) and 509 (insulting modesty of a woman) of the Indian Penal Code. The police said they both knew each other; however, the relationship had soured over some issues following which the actress had stopped talking to the businessman. The businessman has claimed that the actress failed to return the money that she had borrowed from him. Nevertheless, the businessman allegedly kept calling and following her. After failing to convince the businessman to stop stalking, the veteran actress sought the help of police and filed a complaint.
As per reports in Zee News, the businessman named Mohammed Sarafaraz Ehsan alias Amar Khanna allegedly harassed the actress by sending her objectionable videos on WhatsApp and forcing her to interact with him.
The man had reportedly threatened her that if she didn’t comply to his demands, her son would face serious consequences. He had allegedly created a ruckus outside her house at night too, prompting her to head to the Juhu police station.
