“About 50% of the shooting is completed and we plan to release the film in October. It will be a theatrical release,” he said.
Manikandan said that all the main cast members will be joining in the next schedule of shooting.
“Vijay Sethupathi will be a main character in the film, he is not playing an extended cameo. His character is ‘Vathiyar’, which we have mentioned in the poster. Other regular character artists from Vetri Maaran’s films will be there. Filmmaker Gautham Menon will also play role and he will be joining in the second schedule,” he said, clarifying that Menon does not have a cameo appearance.
