Vijay is quite impressed with Vishal’s anti-piracy campaign. The actor recently tweeted his appreciation. “You have proved that action speaks louder than words. Let’s stop piracy,” he posted. Vishal promptly tweeted his thanks.
Recently, while shooting for Aambala, Vishal caught a man selling pirated DVDs of his latest film Poojai in Pollachi. The Pollachi West Police booked the shopkeeper under Section 63 of the Copyright Act, and arrested him. “I was worried. We spend several crore rupees to bring out a film. But, it is sold in the grey market for a mere 30 to 40 rupees,” said the actor.
