Vijay and AR Murugadoss’ tentatively titled project Thalapathy 62, is progressing at a steady pace. According to reports, the team has completed shooting for a song, choreographed by Sridhar AR.

Vijay has previously worked with Sridhar in films like Pokkiri, Villu, Thuppakki, Thalivaa, Jilla and Theri.
The film is said to be a social drama. Keerthy Suresh, the female lead of Vijay’s previous Bairavaa, has been cast in this film as well.
The project also features Radha Ravi, Pala Karuppiah, Livingston and Yogi Babu in supporting roles.
Music director AR Rahman is the composer for the film.
This is Vijay’s third film with AR Murugadoss. They previously worked together in Thuppakki and Kaththi.
