Music director Siddharth Vipin has roped in actor Vijay Sethupathi to sing ‘Badai Mala Uls’ for director Baskar’s horror comedy, Hello Naan Pei Pesaren, produced by Sundar C. The song has been written by lyricist Prabha, and will also be a duet with Prabha. Siddharth Vipin, who worked with Vijay Sethupathi in Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara, said, “I had called Vijay Sethupathi and told him about the local North Chennai song. I listened to Vijay Sethupathi’s singing at my house. Vijay asked me if his voice would suit the song. I was very insistent that he should sing for me, and he recorded the song the very next day.”
At the press meet of Hello Naan Pei Pesaren, Siddharth Vipin disclosed that he makes a comic appearance in the film as a pawn broker. Siddharth Vipin has previously acted in Idharkuthaane Aasaipattai Balakumara and Vallavanukku Pullum Aayyudham.
