Actor Vikram, who was last seen in director Shankar’s I, has now reportedly been finalized to play the villain role in the latter’s upcoming film Endhiran 2. The Hindu (Tamil) stated that when Kamal Haasan turned down the offer, director Shankar was bent on signing Vikram for the role. After some persuasion, it is said that actor Vikram agreed to act in the movie.
Actors Arnold Schwarzeneggar and Aamir Khan were also on Shankar’s list, according to sources. However, the official word on Vikram’s inclusion is yet to arrive.
Reportedly, director Shankar is lending final touches to the script. When it is done, the official agreement will be signed by Rajinikanth, Vikram, music director AR Rahman and cinematographer Nirav Shah. Presented by Lyca Productions, Endhiran 2 will be produced by Ayngaran International.
