Actor Vikranth is ‘in talks’ to star in director Suseenthiran’s next. Reports of the actor and director teaming up have been circulating in social media for the past few days. When contacted, Vikranth’s spokesperson had this to say: “Everything is still at the initial stage. At this point, I cannot confirm or deny the reports. I can only say that Vikranth is in talks with Suseenthiran.”
A source close to Suseenthiran tells us that plans are on for a Tamil-Telugu bilingual. Sundeep Kishan is the front-runner to lead the Telugu version, while Vikranth will front the Tamil one. Suseenthiran will reportedly begin work on this as soon as his Maaveeran Kittu releases. Vikranth was a part of Suseenthiran’s Pandiyanadu, in which he had a major role.
Vikranth is currently filming Kavan starring Vijay Sethupathi, T Rajendar and Madonna Sebastian.
