Vishnu Vishal’s next has been titled Silukkuvarupatti Singam. The actor took inspiration from Sivakarthikeyan’s famous catchphrase ‘Silukkuvaarupatti Singame!’ for the title. The film also stars Regina Cassandra.
Speaking to Deccan Chronicle, Vishnu Vishal said, “We thought that the famous catch-phrase ‘Silukkuvaarupatti Singame!’ uttered by Sivakarthikeyan in one of his films would suit the story perfectly. I play a police constable hailing from the Silukkuvaarupatti village, while Regina plays a teacher. The first schedule of the movie is underway and will go on till the end of April.”

He has also roped in actress Oviya for an extended cameo in the project. “I requested Oviya to listen to the story and she was impressed with Chella’s narration and got on board. She will be featured in a song and four important sequences in the movie. It was nice of her to heed to my request. The second schedule will commence in May and we will wrap the film up by the end of the month,” he said.
The film is being bankrolled by Vishnu Vishal Studioz. This is also his third production.
