Speculations about this year’s Diwali releases are already abuzz with fans anticipating a Vijay and Ajith Kumar clash at the box office.
According to reports, Vijay’s Thalapathy 62, directed by AR Murugadoss and also starring Keerthy Suresh, will release this Diwali. The team will soon be heading to Las Vegas for the shoot and it is expected to complete the film before Diwali.

Similarly, as reported earlier, Ajith’s Viswasam, which is being directed by Siva, is also scheduled for Diwali release. But due to the Kollywood strike, the production of the film was delayed. Shooting for its second phase started recently in Chennai and then the team will head to Mumbai. The first phase was shot in Hyderabad. The film also stars Nayanthara and Ajith has reportedly dual roles.
Fans of the two actors are constantly waging war against each other on social media and are always at loggerheads. A box-office clash is sure to spark a lot of attention.
