Nikki Galrani, who made her debut four years ago, has already around 25 films to her credit. Dabbling in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil cinema, Nikki has done it at all and has much more lined up.
With barely 22 days into the new year, Nikki has three films scheduled to release next month – Kee, Kalakalappu 2, and Pakka.
Kee, directed by Kalees, is a science fiction psychological thriller with Jiiva playing the male lead. The film will explore the Blue Whale Challenge that continues to plague vulnerable minds in the world, with there being a face-off between an ethical hacker and an unethical one. Produced by Michael Rayappan, the film also stars Govind Padmasoorya, Anaika Soti, RJ Balaji, Suhasini, Manobala, and others, with music by Vishal Chandrashekhar.
Kalakalappu 2, a comedy drama directed by Sundar C, has Jiiva and Nikki teaming up again. Apart from them, the film also stars Catherine Tresa, Shiva, Nandhita Shwetha, Jai, Sathish, Robo Sankar, and others, with music by Hiphop Tamizha.
Pakka, an action comedy, has Nikki collaborating with her Neruppu Da co-star Vikram Prabhu. Bigg Boss Tamil contestant Bindu Madhavi is part of the cast too, with comedian Soori ensuring some good laughs. The film’s release date hasn’t been confirmed yet but is expected to release in February.
And apart from these, Nikki has already been confirmed in Prabhu Deva’s Charlie Chaplin 2. The film is a sequel to the original that had Gayathri Raghuram as the female lead and was a remake of Yarukku Mappillai Yaro. Due to its commercial success, Charlie Chaplin was also remade in Hindi as No Entry, Telugu as Pellam Oorelithe and Malayalam as Happy Husbands.
