YouTuber Prajakta Koli’s Mismatched Trailer Released

Netflix India released the trailer of the upcoming Hindi web series Mismatched, on Twitter, on Friday.

The web series will feature an ensemble cast of Rohit Saraf, Prajakta Koli, Vihaan Samat, Taaruk Raina, Kritika Bharadwaj, Rannvijay Singha, Muskkaan Jaferi, Devyani Shorey, and Abhinav Sharma.
Based on the book When Dimple Met Rishi, written by Sandhya Menon, the series is directed by Akarsh Khurana and Nipun Dharmadhikari and bankrolled by RSVP Movies.
The story revolves around the journey of college students as they navigate through love, life, and friendship. Eight students are divided into teams of two who work together on developing an app, the success of which would land them an internship. The show’s protagonists are Rishi (Rohit Saraf), who believes in old-school romance and searching for true love, and Dimple (Prajakta Koli), who dreams of becoming a tech-wizard.
According to a report by The RepublicKhurana believes that the series gives an insight into the current generation, their choices, problems, and ideas of companionship. He foresees everyone from millennials, to their parents, finding something to enjoy about Mismatched and its cast of varied characters.
Saraf was last seen in the 2019 film The Sky is Pink. His upcoming releases include Anurag Basu‘s Ludo which will release on Netflix this month.
Prajakta Koli is an Indian YouTuber and a social media influencer. She runs the channel Mostly Sane which has 5.86 million subscribers. Her content focuses on observational comedy related to daily life situations. In July, she released a short film, Khayali Pulao, that focused on women empowerment through the lens of a 16-year-old.
Akarsh Khurana is currently directing Rashmi Rocket starring Taapsee Pannu. His last directorial venture was the 2018 film Karwaan.
