Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda, who rose to fame with last year’s Arjun Reddy, makes his Tamil debut in the Telugu-Tamil bilingual NOTA, directed by Anand Shankar. The film also stars Mehreen Pirzada and Sathyaraj.
