AR Rahman launched his official Android and iTunes app today. The composer posted a short video wishing the fans and said the app would help connect them with him. He wrote on his Facebook page, “Happy Independence Day to you all! Launching my app that will make it easier for us to stay in touch and give you all direct access into my world.”
The app is a central repository of AR Rahman’s social feeds, photos, videos, news and press releases. It features interactive fan challenges and the winners will bag ‘AR Rahman’ merchandise and can participate in meet-and-greets.
