Actor Karthi was briefly hospitalised on Monday due to food poisoning. The actor was taken to a private hospital in Chennai after he complained of dizziness. He was discharged however after a thorough check up and is currently recuperating at home. He took to his social-media account to reassure his fans, last night.
Karthi was just back from a gruelling schedule of Komban in Paramakudi. Starring Lakshmi Menon, Rajkiran and stunt master Super Subbarayan, the film will see Karthi back in his Paruthiveeran look. GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the film directed by Muthiah.
