The second part of the Bench Talkies franchise is ready to release, according to a press release issued by director Karthik Subbaraj. Bench Talkies is an anthology film and a platform for budding filmmakers to showcase their talents. Starting today, there will be a contest for audiences to select a suitable name for the second part, after which the release date will be announced.
The first version of the movie released on March 6 and contained short films directed by Karthik Subbaraj, Anil Krishnan, Gopakumar, Charukesh Sekar, Monesh and Rathnakumar R M. It was appreciated by critics and viewers, and inspired talented youngsters to come forward with their work.
Bench Talkies consisted of six short films, which were produced and distributed by Stone Bench Creations Pvt. Ltd.
