Arvind Swamy puts on a new look of sorts with Bhaskar Oru Rascal. A remake of the Malayalam hit Bhaskar The Rascal, the film has Arvind beating thugs set to a thundering background score. This film will give way to Arvind’s Vanangamudi – a far cry from Arvind’s usual metro-sexual male roles.
So Bhaskar The Rascal will be a litmus test for the actor, as far as the box office is concerned.
Directed by Siddique, who was also at the helm of the original, the film is scheduled to hit theatres soon. Amala Paul plays a young mother, and a part of the film is reportedly dedicated to the romance between Amala and Arvind.
