The trailer of Gautham Vasudev Menon’s upcoming film, Achcham Enbathu Madamaiyada is out, and it looks every bit the romantic-action drama the makers had promised. The film, which has STR and Manjima Mohan in the lead, is a romantic thriller, which gets into action mode after a point.
The trailer begins on a breezy note – a young hero, a lover of bikes and friendships, hanging ou,t and partying with his friends, and sharing romantic moments with a girl he has fallen in love with. With AR Rahman’s beautiful music in the background, this part of the trailer looks impressive, and reminds one of GVM’s previous works, like Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaaya and Vaaranam Aayiram. The latter half of the trailer is action-packed, with the hero inadvertently getting entangled in a crime, and trying to fight his way out of it.
The film is set to hit the screens in the first half of 2016.
