Rajinikanth is the black sheep in this film about brothers lost and found. Rajini plays Rajendran who makes his living driving a cranky old cab. He toils hard to make sure his younger brother gets a good education. This song is a celebration of sorts. The young-ish Rajini displays his dancing skills with Ambika for company. As is the norm, it also establishes the legend of Rajini. ‘Solli adippenadi,’ he sings. He wants everybody to know that he will definitely do what he says he will. Now that rumours of his political entry are once again in circulation, this could be the sort of song that could help when he campaigns for votes.
