Happy birthday, director Pandiraj! Our song of the day is ‘Tham Tham Thaa’ from Pasanga 2, the sequel to Pandiraj’s first movie Pasanga (2009). He has made films like Marina, Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga and Kaadaikutty Singam which were hits, but his most-loved films are Pasanga 1 and 2.
The Pasanga 2 album featured light, feel-good songs keeping with the story. Arrol Correli uses violins and saxophone through the interludes of this song, set to Na Muthukumar’s lyrics.
