There’s a new superhero in town, dressed in blue and fighting one of the biggest warriors from Valhalla, and he’s looking really interesting.
The teaser of A Flying Jatt starring Tiger Shroff, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Nathan Jones, directed by Bollywood choreographer Remo D’Souza, is out. The one-minute teaser shows Tiger Shroff dressed in what appears to be a blue sherwani superhero suit with the ‘khalsa’ talisman on his chest, in an earth-shattering duel with the Nathan Jones – and then quickly changes into a flowy dove-white attire to romance the pretty heroine. Jones, who is a known Australian wrestler and actor has acted as one of the giant warriors in Mad Max Fury Road and in Bhooloham (2015), plays the villain again.
Strongly reminiscent of other superhero films made in Bollywood, such as Hrithik Roshan’s Krrish 3 and Abhishek Bachchan’s Drona, A Flying Jatt boasts of a bigger team of VFX technicians especially for the fight sequences between the turbanned hero and the super villain played by Nathan Jones.
Produced by Balaji Telefilms, the film is slated to release on 25 August.
