Sivakarthikeyan‘s upcoming cop flick sees the actor in the role of Madhimaran, a young and conscientious police officer. Directed by Durai Senthilkumar, who introduced him in Ethir Neechal, we hear that the film has been titled Kaakki Sattai (previously called Taana). Actor Prabhu is also in this film and would be essaying a crucial role. “Prabhu sir plays my mentor in the film and it was an enjoyable experience. Mostly because, whenever he came for shooting, he used to bring biryani for all of us!” revealed Siva in an interview to Ananda Vikatan.
Sri Divya plays the love interest in Kaakki Sattai, as a nurse called Divya.
According to the report, Sivakarthikeyan went through an intense work out session to ‘look fit’ for his role. The film also stars Imman Annachi, and has music by Anirudh Ravichander.
