Mani Ratnam‘s upcoming film has been tentatively titled Ok Kanmani. A source told us that the film is set in Chennai and will be shot in and around the city. Starring Dulquer Salman and Nithya Menen, the movie is an urban love story and has PC Sreeram in charge of the camera work. AR Rahman is rumoured to be composing music, while his son – Ameen – is said to be singing a song for the OST.
Madras Talkies is financing the project, and the movie is expected to wrap up by the end of this month.
Kanika and Prakash Raj have been roped in to essay guest roles in the film, and will begin shooting for their parts soon.
