JK Enum Nanbanin Vaazhkai will release on Pongal day, going head to head with Yennai Arindhaal, I, Kakki Sattai and Aambala. The film has been awaiting a release date for a long time, and is finally seeing one owing to director Cheran’s Cinema 2 Home initiative.
Cheran kickstarted the initiative earlier this year and hoped to eradicate piracy with it. We hear that the film will be made available online right on the day of its release. CDs and DVDs of the film will be sold to the people by representatives of the C2H firm.
Starring Sharvanand and Nithya Menen, the film is directed by Cheran and has the music of GV Prakash Kumar.
