Nakul fits bill perfectly as a middle-class young scientist waiting for the right opportunity to prove his mettle. He has done his job very well. He has excelled in scenes such as which he tells his mom, Urvashi to SMS a message his girlfriend. Similarly, the house broker, played by Dinesh and Bindu Madhavi have also performed well. Aishwarya Dutta is pretty but she needs to hone up her skills in acting. Sathish’s comedy has worked out well.
In some places, the film moves at a snail’s pace. Explanations about the cellphone tower, signals and other technicalities are too dramatic as well. Despite some flaws, TE1A is a novel attempt in Tamil cinema. Kudos to director Ram Prakash.
