Actress Radhika Sarath Kumar, who is busy shooting for actor Vijay’s Puli and actor Vijay Sethupathi’s Naanum Rowdy Dhan, has been roped in to play an important role in Dhanush’s upcoming movie, which is directed by cinematographer turned director Velraj. Called Velai Illa Pattadhari 2 at the moment, the shooting of this movie is progressing at a fast pace.

A couple of days back, Dhanush posted a photo with the cinematographer saying that the shooting is taking place in the school where they had studied.
This untitled film marks the reunion of Velai Illa Pattadhari team, and the star cast includes Dhanush, Samantha and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Composer Anirudh Ravichander will be scoring the music for this movie.
Actress Radhika Sarath Kumar last acted with Dhanush in director Balaji Mohan’s Maari.
