Sundar C’s next film Aranmanai – II is being shot at a brisk pace in Chennai. A grand set has been erected to shoot important portions of the movie. The palace-set has been erected at the erstwhile Mohan Studios at an expense of Rs 1 crore.
Aranmanai -II is the sequel to last year’s box office hit, Aranmanai. Starring Siddharth, Trisha, Hansika, Poonam Bajwa and Soori in lead roles, the movie is produced under Khushbu’s AVNI Cinemax banner. Hip hop Aadhi composes music.
It is not known whether the film will be an actual sequel to Aranmanai, or whether it will carry a different theme. But if Trisha’s tweets are anything to go by, it looks like the team is having a great time on the sets.
