Shooting of director Sundar C’s upcoming film Aranmanai 2 has been progressing rapidly, with the team heading to Pollachi for a long and final schedule to wrap up the talkie portions. The first schedule of the movie was completed on a grand set erected in Chennai. The team then went to Kumbakonam to complete the second schedule.
After the talkie portions are completed, the team is scheduled to travel out of the country, to shoot two songs. Shooting of Aranmanai 2 began on May 11.
Aranmanai 2 has an ensemble cast of Siddharth, Trisha, and Hansika in the lead, and Poonam Bajwa, Soori, Kovai Sarala, Manobala and Aadukalam Naren in supporting roles. Produced by Avni Cine Max, the technical team includes cinematographer UK Senthil Kumar and editor by NB Srikanth.
