The actress replied that she feels she deserves what she’s paid. Adding that it’s normal to get a pay hike when an actor is in demand, she said, “Everybody deserves a pay hike in their respective jobs. Since I’m doing well in my profession, I deserve what I take as remuneration now.” Like most male leads, Ram Charan has likely made significantly more than Rakul Preet Singh for the film. However, it’s unlikely that he would have had to fend off similar questions about ‘exorbitant’ salaries.
