Actress Rakul Preet Singh has denied reports that her house had been raided by Income Tax officials earlier this week.The actress had performed at the wedding celebrations of Gali Janardhana Reddy’s daughter last week. Shortly after the lavish event, Reddy’s mining firms were raided by IT officials. Reports emerged that the offices and houses of all the celebrities who had wedding were also under scrutiny by IT officials.

Rakul Preet Singh told Deccan Chronicle, “I don’t know why people don’t leave this topic alone. First, they double or triple my remuneration and then they announce a raid. This is so annoying.”
“My dad gets worried about these rumours. Nobody checks the facts or bothers to even ask me. I have always been very open with the media and keep them informed about things that happen in my life,” Rakul said.
Rakul is currently working on a film with AR Murugadoss. She also stars in the Telugu remake of Thani Oruvan, scheduled to release soon.
