Andrea Jeremiah has been cast in Thupparivaalan. The actress is said to have a ‘major’ role in the Mysskin directed film, a DC report says. Andrea has completed ten days of shoot; shooting for the film is likely to be wrapped by February 2017.
Vishal Krishna plays a detective in this film, opposite Anu Immanuel, who is debuting as the female lead. Arrol Correlli, who made his composing debut with Pisaasu, will take care of the soundtrack for this one. Rakul Preet Singh was initially roped in for the lead role, but later backed out, citing scheduling conflicts. Akshara Haasan has been signed on for a supporting role in the project.
Thupparivaalan will likely release in mid-2017. Vishal is financing the film through his Vishal Film Factory.
