Dangal actor Aamir Khan is said to have expressed his desire to work with the director earlier. He said, “I am a huge fan of Rajamouli’s work and if he ever plans to make ‘Mahabharata’, I’d love to play Krishna or Karna. I might actually go with Krishna.” The actor also added he would like to work with actors like Rajinikanth, Pawan Kalyan and Chiranjeevi if given the right script.
The film will be shot over the next few years and will need an extensive budget. The actors will have to dedicate a huge amount of their time for this project, provided it takes off.
Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli is wrapping the schedule of Baahubali: The Conclusion which is set to hit the screens on April 28, 2017.
