Singer, songwriter, and now actor, Taher Shah of viral music video Eye To Eye fame is making a Hollywood film on himself. Announcing the news soon after Valentine’s Day, Shah posted on his official website that the film’s shooting will begin in the USA in the near future.
The film will be directed by independent filmmaker Avai D’amico and will only be a short film for now. “We were originally discussing a feature film. But due to scheduling conflicts, we had to scale it down to a short film,” D’Amico told a local American news channel. The film, a love story, is expected to release by the end of this year.
Shah, who is often dubbed as the king of ‘cringe pop’, recently won the Apex Award for his music video Angel.
