Veteran director Bharathiraja is all set to make a movie on demonetisation woes. Titled November 8… Iravu Ettu Mani, the film went on floors on March 7, and will be mostly shot in Chennai and Puduchery. Vidharth has been roped in to play the main lead.

A report in TOI quotes a source from the film unit saying it be a satirical drama. “The story will be based on the events following demonetisation announcement. The makers are on the lookout for an elderly character. If they don’t find anyone suitable, Bharathiraja sir might take up the role,” the source added.
The shoot is expected to be completed in two straight months. Rathnakumar has penned the story for the movie and Saalai Sahadevan is the cinematographer.
The rest of the cast and crew is expected to be announced soon.
