“The story is inspired from a true-life incident that took place in south Tamil Nadu. It is very big in terms of its scale and budget. I am looking at roping in a very intelligent leading star to pull off the character. It will be a bilingual in Tamil and Telugu. Thanks to the magic word ‘success’, which changes anyone’s fortunes for good, I am not the same Sudha as I was seven years ago.”
Prasad also refuted rumours that she was working on a film for AM Rathnam.
“I am in the final stage of finishing my script for my next film. I don’t know from where these rumours arise. I am not doing a film for AM Rathnam sir in the first place to confirm Siva or Sethupathi in the film.”
Sudha Kongara Prasad’s last film was Irrudhi Suttru with Madhavan and Ritika Singh.
