Recently, actress Gautami Tadimalla took to her blog giving details of her dissociation from her former partner and actor Kamal Haasan because of his inconsiderate actions.
In the blog titled ‘Past is past – there are reasons for it’, Gautami said that she had been stressed ever since rumours started floating that she’s going to join hands with the actor again under the light of his forming a political outfit. They had parted ways in 2016.

“During the nearly thirteen years of our life together, the work that I did as Costume Designer, was only for films produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, (RKFI), and for films that Mr Haasan made for other producers. And this was my primary source of income as my working both in front of and behind the camera in other’s projects was actively discouraged. In addition to this, it grieves me greatly to have to say that as of October 2016, I had salary dues pending right from earlier films like Dasavataram, Vishwaroopam, etc,” she wrote.
In response to her blog post, Kamal Haasan’s production company Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI) denied the claims made by Gautami.
They stated that they were not the ones who produced the films she has mentioned in the blog, it was Aascar Ravichandran, who produced Desavatharam under his production firm Aascar Films and PVP Cinemas bankrolled Vishwaroopam. The production company also asked Gautami to give evidence to prove her claims against Raaj Kamal International.
Meanwhile, members of ‘Makkal Needhi Maiam’, the political party launched by Kamal Haasan, were appointed.
