After their successful run with the 2014 Malayalam film Iyobinte Pusthakam, director Amal Neerad and actor Fahadh Faasil will come together for another film. The team has also roped in actress Aishwarya Lakshmi of Mayanadhi fame to star opposite Fahad.
Based on a report from Onlookers Media, Amal Neerad will also be producing the movie under the banner Amal Neerad Productions. The initial shooting of the movie starts by the end of this month.
Fahadh who is currently busy with Anwar Rasheed’s film titled as Trance will simultaneously work on this untitled project. Interestingly, Amal Neerad is handling the camera for Trance.

The duo’s previous venture, the 2014 Malayalam movie Iyobinte Pusthakkam is considered to be one of the cinematically stylish Malayalam movies of recent times. The film received the Kerala State Award in four categories, including one for Amal Neerad for the film’s cinematography.
Going by his past choices, it is clear that Fahadh is being selective in choosing his projects considering he has had many recent hits, including Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum which was a major hit last year.
Fahadh was last seen in the Malayalam movie Carbon directed by cinematographer-director Venu. Earlier, he made his Tamil debut next to Sivakarthikeyan in Velaikkaran.
Apart from Trance, Fahadh is also working on his next Tamil movie Super Deluxe directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja. The film also stars Vijay Sethupathi in the lead with Samantha Akkineni and Ramya Krishnan in other important roles.
