Anjali will star in Praveen Biggod’s Oh. The film is based on paranormal activities that take place inside a house. Anjali plays Punitha, a character who gets frightened very easily and has the ability to feel negative energy.
The film will be shot in Tamil and Telugu. A first look poster of the movie was released recently. Ajay Panicker is the producer.

Commenting on the film’s title, director Praveen told The Times of India, ‘O’ is something that we use as an emotion at different places. It can mean surprise, sadness and even shock. In Arabic, it indicates the number zero, which, mathematicians consider a special number. The sound of ‘O’ also has an aura, so we felt this would be an apt title.”
While the male lead of the film is yet to be finalised, Kaali Venkat is likely to be a part of the Tamil version, while actor Subbaraju might be roped in for the film’s Telugu version.
Arrol Corelli, of Thupparivalan and Pisaasu fame, will be composing the music.
