Actor Bose Venkat will turn director with a new film to be produced by Hasheer under the banner of Rooby Films. The film is tentatively referred to as Production No.3. Bose Venkat previously played supporting roles as well as antagonists in various films.
Bose Venkat issued a statement in which he said, “It’s been a long held dream for me and it’s finally happening. Every time, while working with different filmmakers, I would stealthily try to find out their working style. I must thank my family, industry friends in both small screen and silver screen for motivating me to exhibit my potential in filmmaking. More than any, I thank producer Hasheer of Rooby Films for not just banking trust on my script, but bankrolling it.”

Talking about the film, Venkat says, “It’s a full length commercial entertainer that I believe will cater to the tastes of universal audiences.”
The film features Sreeram Karthik, Aadukalam Murugadoss, Kajaraj, and others in important roles. The cinematography is by Iniyan J Harris, while the music is composed by Hari Sai on lyrics written by Vivek. Rizaal Jainy is the editor. The stunts are choreographed by Dinesh Subburayan.
Bose Venkat was last seen in action comedy drama Jarugandi, directed by AN Pitchumani. The film had Jai and debutant Reba Monica John in the lead.
