Prakash Raj is the latest high profile addition to Mani Ratnam‘s next film. The actor announced the news recently on Twitter :

This marks the fourth time that Prakash Raj is acting in a Mani Ratnam film. Their previous venture, Iruvar, fetched the actor a National Award for Best Supporting Actor. The film has Dulquer Salman in the lead while Parvathi Menon is reported to be the female lead. The film does not have a title yet, and went on floors on October 6. PC Sreeram handles the cinematography for this project while AR Rahman’s son – Ameen – may lend his voice for a song in the movie.
