Rohin Venkatesan’s last film Adhe Kangal was also a thriller, starring Kalaiyarasan, Janani Iyer and Sshivada. Ghibran was the music director for this film too. It was a super-hit at the box office when it released in 2017.
Tamannaah is likely to join the shoot for the upcoming film after the June 14 release of Khamoshi, the Hindi version of the Nayanthara-starrer Kolaiyuthir Kaalam in Tamil. The film is written and directed by Chakri Toleti, and co-stars Prabhu Deva in the lead. The team is busy with promotions currently. The movie was supposed to release last month, but was postponed to avoid a clash with Devi 2, also a horror-comedy starring Tamannaah and Prabhu Deva.
