Meanwhile, it has been reported that the actress has demanded for a special court with a woman judge conducting the trial.
The actress was attacked on February 17 last year and was allegedly abducted and harassed by Pulsar Suni. Later Dileep was arrested for plotting the attack on the actress.
Dileep is expected to put an application to extend the date of the hearing due to the ongoing production of his movies. He had approached the high court in the past to delay the trial proceedings in the absence of any legitimate documents. But the court rejected this demand.
