Arokiyadoss seems to have been content with getting a ‘yes’ from the reclusive Goundamani that he doesn’t seem to have bothered much about the script. The comedian does what is expected of him and in fact, the film shows that he still has it to deliver zingers that can make us laugh and also think, though age does seem to have mellowed him to an extent. At the same time, this is far from his best and with no solid material to chew on, there are times when we find him trying too hard.
