Director Shree might have been inspired by films like Soothu Kavvum and Moodar Koodam. But he has missed a point that those films were genuinely connected with the genre they chose. Shree has failed to make the black humour or the absurdity of life and crime in a telling manner. He restores to clichés and weak scenes and hence fails to make a mark.
Damaal Dumeel makes some noise and just that.
