Prabhu is impressive as ever and has given a neat performance. Comedians Manobala, Vidyullekha Raman, Imman Annachi and Mayilsamy come together with the hero to give us some rib-tickling moments and the “Hara Hara Mahadev” scene is sure to bring the roof down. Vijay Raaz plays a perfect baddie and is menacing. Anirudh’s music is one of the biggest pluses for the movie and adds a lot of strength to the proceedings. Sukumar’s camera work is excellent and the way he chooses to keep the viewers moods moving in sync with the on screen visuals is good. A little more tautness in the screenplay would have done wonders to the movie.
Sivakarthikeyan has arrived as an action hero with Kaaki Sattai. Don’t miss it.
